S.A.Q TRAINING

Speed.Agility.Quickness (S.A.Q) is a specialised training program for athletes who want to become stronger, faster, quicker and more explosive in their chosen sport.

These attributes will be enhanced through a range of drills focusing on:

  • Multi-directional Movement Patterns

  • Reaction Skill

  • Acceleration/Speed

  • Speed Endurance

  • Specific Sprint Biomechanics.
